After you upload a CV and set your preferences, the agent searches job sources on a schedule, classifies accessibility (work-from-anywhere, visa relocation, restricted remote, inaccessible), scores listings against your profile, and saves strong matches to your dashboard and agent report emails. You review and act; you don’t drive every search manually.

Work from anywhere means worldwide (or truly unrestricted) remote. Visa-sponsored opportunity means the employer may support relocation with sponsorship. Eligible restricted remote means country- or region-limited remote you can already pursue based on where you live or hold work authorization. It is never presented as worldwide.
