These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Job Scorer (“Service”) operated by LiteKite (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Credits, Hunt Pass, and payments

Job Scorer is offered on a credits model. New verified accounts may receive a one-time welcome credit grant. After that, you may purchase credit packs or a one-time Hunt Pass. There is no auto-renewing subscription for these products.

Credits do not expire. They are consumed when you run searches, scores, and related features as described in the product.

The Hunt Pass is a one-time purchase for a fixed term (for example 30 days). It includes a credit grant and access to the daily emailed report for that term. It does not renew automatically. When the pass ends, remaining credits stay in your account; daily report access ends unless you buy another pass or otherwise qualify.

Purchases are handled by our payment processor (for example Stripe). Amounts and what you receive are shown at checkout and on the pricing section of the site.

We may apply fair-use and technical limits to protect service quality (for example rate limits or capacity caps on automated search and scoring).

Refunds: Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request, unless a different policy is stated at checkout or required by law. Statutory rights may apply in addition to these Terms. This billing section should be reviewed by the owner / legal counsel before relying on it in production.

AI-generated scores and content

Scores and related outputs are generated with artificial intelligence assistance and are for informational purposes only. They are not hiring decisions, legal advice, or professional career advice. You should verify job details with employers and use your own judgment before applying or making decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent technical limits, overload our systems, or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (including AI and infrastructure vendors). Their terms and privacy practices may also apply where you use their features.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
