Credits and payments

Credits are non-refundable once consumed. When you run features that deduct credits (such as server-side scoring or profile extraction), those credits are spent at the time of use and are not returned if you are dissatisfied with an individual result.

Purchases, subscriptions, and pricing are described at checkout. Where required by law, statutory rights may apply in addition to these Terms.

AI-generated scores and content

Scores and related outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. They are not hiring decisions, legal advice, or professional career advice. You should verify job details with employers and use your own judgment before applying or making decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent technical limits, overload our systems, or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (including AI and infrastructure vendors). Their terms and privacy practices may also apply where you use their features.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
